Top Requirements:
Design, develop, test, tune, and implement SSRS Reports, SQL queries, stored procedures; this includes but not limited to SSIS packages, stored procedures, views, and functions
2-4 years of experience with building, maintaining, and troubleshooting SSRS reports
Healthcare preferred, not required – any level experience as long as proficient and self-sufficient given Co-vid environment
1-3 years of data querying, transformation using SQL – need to be comfortable with multi-table joins, calculations
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, tune, and implement SSRS Reports, SQL queries, stored procedures; this includes but not limited to SSIS packages, stored procedures, views, and functions
Research and facilitate resolutions of support or production related ETL database development issues and SSRS report issues
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to ETL, database and report development standards, templates, and processes
Responsible for the requirements gathering, analysis, design, documentation, development, unit testing, and support of database ETL and report development for software applications
Analyze SSIS packages for break/fix remediation
Gather, evaluate and provide proper data to support reporting summaries for account managers
Interrogate data through basic SQL code writing
Assess, evaluate and research findings through critical thinking analysis to ensure congruency in the data and findings
Prioritize daily activities accordingly based on general business rules
Proactively address departmental tickets or other needs and requests
Competencies/Skills (Minimum):
2-3 years of visualization experience using SSRS and can query databases proficiently.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Technical/analytical skills including proficiency in Tableau, SQL Server, PowerBI & Microsoft Office suite
Ability to analyze, organize, and integrate large amounts of complex data into clear and concise presentations and status reports
Performs scripted stored procedures.
Communicate verbally and proactively to departmental peers, superiors and other parts of the organization
Critical thinking and conceptual problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail
Strong experience with understanding users’ needs in reporting and insights
Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
