Job Title : System Admin -L1

Location : Austin, TX

Duration : 6 – 12 Months contract

Required Skills:

App Deployment,  Appstore connect, command line interface, mac OS X, IOS, database, cryptographic signing, unix/linux OS System Administration

Developer Account management experience

- Understands the role provision profiles and entitlements have in app deployment

- App Store Connect Experience

- Very comfortable with Command Line Interface tools

- Experience or desire to support web apps, macOS apps, or REST API Services and can diagnose technical issues customers are having and either complete the required task or escalate to the proper channel

- Excellent Communication skills to customers when dealing with technical support experience and can write and maintain technical documents

- Firm understanding of public/private key cryptography and is comfortable creating CSRs

- Has experience managing server hosts or sys admin

- Comfortable with Database technologies and their role and maintenance tasks to be able to interact with DBAs
