Process Automation Tech Lead.

Job Description:
- Identifying automation opportunities across the multiple business units and developing and delivering the intelligent process automation (IPA) solutions as part of multiple projects identified in the program to transform the customer and operations team experience to eliminate manual processes, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- You will be the technical lead for several transformation initiatives/projects, partnering with the business leaders and platform owners to transform our business operations.
- The resource would be leading a strong technical team working on RPA platforms.
- Coding experiences and skills required –Java/.Net, Kafka, MQ, JavaScript, Angular, Node.js, Azure, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), API Management (API-M) and Drools Rule Engine, FileNet
- Functional knowledge of Insurance Claims Processing and Document Indexing Process is preferred.
- Ability to guide and mentor development teams on sound design and coding principles, best practices in API based, Micro Services and Cloud environments.
- Experience with workflow automation or robotic process automation implementations using Business Process Management(BPM) tools like Open Text App Works or Robotic Process Automation tools like WorkFusion is preferred while leading any other RPA tools development experiences is considered
- Strong java background
- Understanding automation platform.
