Job Summary:
The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer is responsible for Robotic Process Automation (RPA development and execution of RPA processes. Leads RPA design authority to define and monitor process automations.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Ensures requirements for development, testing and production are clearly communicated to project teams. (EF)
- Collaborates with RPA vendor and implementation partners on RPA software deployments and process automation activities. (EF)
Service - 20 %
- Ensures end-to-end delivery of automated processes. (EF)
- In coordination with developers, contributes to technical sections of solution design document.
- Serves as RPA SME to infrastructure team. (EF)
Quality/Safety - 30%
- Develops RPA processes that utilize set standards to ensure the highest quality. (EF)
- Ensures written software for all projects is tested and meets the expectations of the stakeholder according to agreed and accepted requirements.
- Utilizes resources effectively, mitigates risks and resolves roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of projects. (EF)
- Leads the design and implementation of assigned projects. (EF)
- Coordinates progress across projects working in conjunction with project-specific leads. (EF)
Finance - 10 %
- Identifies cost saving or revenue opportunities.
- Manages project time effectively to meet established and committed deadlines.
Growth/Innovation - 15 %
- Pursues knowledge of new RPA technologies and methodologies that improve productivity, workflow, production, efficiency, and effectiveness (EF).
- Seeks out innovative automation technologies that provide solutions to new ideas, trends, and concepts
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS or related field required
Experience Requirements:
- 10 years Java enterprise development
- 10 years developing N-Tier applications
- 10 years with database systems such as SQL Server and Oracle
- 12 months as WorkFusion RPA Architect
- Minimum of one year beginning to end RPA implementation experience, 2 years preferred
- Experience with RPA design patterns and practices, including queue management
- Experience with software modeling tools (MS Visio, etc) preferred
- 18 months Linux experience
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations Required:
