Essential Skills
o Test Manager should be able to ensure quality delivery at a larger scale.
o Test Manager should have automation Experience
o Banking domain knowledge or Amex experience preferred.
o Test Manager should be able to managed multiple teams
o Test Manager should have excellent presentation and communication skills
o Test Manager should have minimum 4+ year of experience in SAFE(Agile) environment.
o Evaluate, recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency and increase quality.
o Test Manager should be from testing background.
o Test manager should have Testing Automation framework knowledge.
