10+ years of QE lead experience with focus on Mobile Native apps on Android & iOS
Should have worked as QA Lead/manager in the past
Mobile automation hands on experience
Would be leading and driving key initiative by providing leadership and lead from front
Dynamic personality, Excellent communication skills with adaptability and thinking on the feet.
Strong understanding and experience in Quality Engineering, Will need to ensure process adherence, generate test reports, work with testers to eliminate blockages, roll up sleeves to do testing.
Ability to handle multiple teams and stakeholders and vendors
Ability to work closely with Dev Architects and Engineering Managers
Knowledge of different areas (mobile automation, performance testing, api testing)
Hands on programming experience with any object-oriented language.
Ability to manage multiple teams in different time zones (PST, India, Eastern Europe).
