Title: VMWare Admin Sr. with VMC experience

Location: Mclean, VA

Duration: Long Term

Interviews: 1st with Hexaware and then a customer round.

Until COVID subsides will be remote. Post that candidate has to come onsite.  

Shift: Candidate should be open for any shift customer may ask for. Customer may do second shift constant. Work week may not be standard Monday-Friday. It may change as per the customers ask. A full week 24X7 on call support every three weeks.

Job Description:

• Supporting ESXi server migrations and upgrades.
• Addition of disk space, CPU/Memory based on business requirements.
• Provisioning/de-provisioning of virtual systems.
• Troubleshooting of virtual machines  
• 5 + years of experience in an enterprise environment involving VMware maintenance, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• 3+ years of VMware SRM multi-site administration.
• 3+ years of VMC on AWS management, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• 3+ years of VMC on AWS management, troubleshooting and performance analysis.
• 3+ years of Scripting experience  (PowerShell or other Scripting Languages) to automate day-to-day
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline and field experience.
• Certification in ITIL and other technologies preferred.

Flexibility to work on shifts that include weekends and afterhours
