Unique role here with our sister company Protiviti, not sure if you’d be able to find someone in the 40/hr range but if so this could be an easy start. I do not know the end client so you can just say its with Protivit

I’m reaching out because we are in need of a 911 backfill for Tech Data on a hard to fill role. We had a candidate quit after 2 weeks leaving the client (Rick) hanging and they are in desperate need of a resource.

The challenge of the position is that it is working in the middle of the night to support European clients as they transition from Avamar or Data Domain to Cohesity. The work hours are 1 am to 9 am Eastern for initial 2-3 weeks, then continue on 4 am to 12 pm Eastern for the next 6 months. Job requirements are:

  • Full time remote position coordinating migration activities
  • Looking for Cohesity experience - at least 6 months
  • Backup/data migration from
    • Avamar
    • Data Domain
      • Agent or writing to tiers on Cohesity
  • Will be asked to document procedures for future sites
  • EMEA - Central Europe, best location for resource (but can be anywhere)
    • Must support timezone for country work is being performed
  • Locations include Europe, South Africa, Latin America, possible US - no APAC
  • English speaking
  • Soft Skills
    • Should be organized

Must have Avamar/Data Domain migration experience to Cohesity. Must be able to talk about this with a Cohesity Architect.

Must be a Cohesity “cheerleader.” They want someone who knows their product and will promote it.

This is a guaranteed fill if we find the right candidate

Thanks & Regards
Vaishali Sharma
