Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities, Functions and Initiatives:

  • Should be able to perform ETL data load job execution and monitoring in Informatica/SAS
  • Proficient using Informatica power center and SAS.
  • Review and work on Ad Hoc requests for any data questions coming from the team
  • Work with Implementation team to ensure client Go-live dates, SLAs and keep track of implementation timeline
  • Attend daily status meeting and update the team on file review and data related research items
  • Participate in daily data database refresh activities and provide support during weekends.
  • DART Database Updates for clients using SAS/Informatica
  • Ad hoc development work in SAS (as needed) to handle complicated SAS code. Involves Ad hoc extract creation projects where neede

Required Skills:

  • Mainly looking for someone who has experience with Informatica Developer and Analyst tool and good working knowledge of SAS.
  • Having a scripting knowledge and familiarity with JIRA is a huge plus.

  • Experience working with Informatica Developer and Analyst tool ·
  • Solid understanding of data mapping and data validation using Informatica ·
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ·
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems with speed and efficiency ·
  • Experience working with JIRA and Tableau is a big plus ·
  • Will be an added advantage to have exposure to any shell scripting. ·


Secondary Responsibilities & Functions:

  • Handle L1 support requests and ticket triaging with implementation and support teams (as needed)
  • Help team to identify continuous improvement / automations
  • Track knowledge transition sessions for upcoming releases
  • Documentation
