Job Description:
Identify business requirements, design, develop, configure and deploy SAP FICO technical solutions, utilizing Client RICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) design and development process.
- Create new or update existing functional specifications as part of the design and development process.
- Provide input and guidance to technical developers where required.
- Perform Functional Unit Test
- Coordinate UAT including staging data, providing instruction and analyzing test defects.
- Follow Client Change Control standards for all configuration and development work and ensure that change control review and approval processes are followed.
- Support problem resolution, deliver enhancements and complete project tasks as assigned.
- SAP ECC 6.0 FICO configuration experience
- Strong working knowledge of core functionality of the with the AR, AP, FA & GL submodules in SAP ECC 6.0.
- Helpdesk/ SAP Operations Support experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of VIM a plus
- SAP HANA experience a plus
- Provide operational helpdesk incident support for both SAP FICO and BPC applications.
- Resolve Service Desk incident requests in accordance with the ITIL framework.
- Interact with business users to clearly understand issues/requirement
- Analyze and troubleshoot incidents for root cause and potential solutions
