Job Title: Network Voice Engineer

Location: Louisville, KY

Duration: Contract

No OPT CPT & EAD

Rate $50/HR on C2C

• Excellent Communication Skills
• 5+ years’ experience in handling Cisco Call Manager and UCCX including Media Servers, Modular Messaging, CMS, Media Gateways etc.
• 8+ years of total Network Voice experience required.
• Previous onsite experience preferred
• H1 / L1 visa preferred
• Understanding of the following product categories: SIP Proxy Server, Session, Border Controller
• Protocol experience including H.323, MEGACO, MGCP, SIP
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and implementing PBX features, Call Center Feature
• Skills on Voice administration, Voice Mail, ISDN PRI's, VoIP, TDM etc
• Knowledge of Firewalls, QoS, NAT, VLAN, DNS, routing, IP addressing
• Familiarity with basic Networking like router, switches
• Experience with call recording technology.
• IPT and IPCC Certifications a must.
