Primary Skills:

·       Total of 8 to 10 years of IT industry experience

·       Minimum 6+ years of development experience in Visual Studio .NET, C#, ASP.NET

·       Experience with ASMX, MVC 4/5 ,  WCF , Web services, SOAP

·       Experience using Build and Deploy tools such as Octopus, Jenkins.

·       Strong critical thinking skills to perform root cause analysis in a complex enterprise systems environment.

·       Strong documentation skills and ability to create artifacts such as UML models, object models, systems design models, and workflow diagrams.

·       Experience leading and facilitating discussions with business and development team regarding functional requirements, sprint reviews, code reviews.

·       Experience with Web Tools , Web forms, and Diagnostic tools such as SOAPUI or PostMan

·       Experience with ABCPDF.NET

·       Experience with MS HIS

·       Strong knowledge of SQL including query writing using SQL, Stored Procedures, Views.

·       Minimum 2+ years of Production Support Experience. 

·       At least 1+ year of experience in playing BA role, requirements gathering, business process creations.

·       Strong client facing skills involving working closely with business

·       Strong written and oral communication skills

·       Ability to lead the conversations when talking to technology and business stakeholders

Secondary Skills

·       Good understanding and exposure to IBM mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM)

·       Working knowledge on DB2 including query writing using SQL, Stored Procedures

·       Basic knowledge of Job Control, Control M scheduling

·       Basic knowledge of Message Queue

·       Basic commands on Mainframe Z/OS

Good to Have:

·       Domain knowledge of health insurance , Disability insurance in particular

·       Experience with Web server IIS 5.0/6.0/7.0

·       Experience with SSRS , Active reports

·       Experience with PowerShell scripting

·       Experience with Visual Basic 6.0
