Position: Mainframe Developer (Healthcare Claims/WGS Claims domain)
Locations: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Requirements
- 6 + years of EXPERT level Claims Healthcare Experience, preferably in WGS Claims.
- 8 + Years of experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying software in Mainframe.
- Expert with Mainframe JCL, COBOL, VSAM, IMS, DB2, CICS and tools like IBM File Manager, Debug Tools, Endevor etc.
- Should have experience in working with business to gather requirements and translate them into technical stories.
- Should have very Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to solve a wide range of difficult problems.
- Ability to review project proposals, evaluate alternatives, provide estimates and make recommendations.
- Good verbal and Oral communication skills
- Willing to work in a challenging environment and ready to work in offshore-onshore engagement model.
- Understands the Agile concept and hands-on experience working on Agile projects is preferred
- Experience working in application maintenance support and understands the ITIL processes
- Incumbent should also have the ability to mentor others, lead multiple projects and provide troubleshooting support.
- Multi-dimensional required. Multi database and/or multi language preferred.
- Additional experience in PEGA/RPA development can be added advantage.
