Overview of Job Function: Sr. Oracle SC-IB Consultant
Oracle SC-IB Consultant, Applications, Applications will function as a key member of the IT Transformation team. This position will assist in day to day Oracle Applications M&A projects, enhancements and major project initiatives primarily focusing on Oracle Service Contracts, Install Base & Order Management Modules. This position will work with business customers to understand/document their system requirements, provide solution design and then work with Oracle developers to deliver complete application solution. This position requires broad knowledge of CRM & Order to Cash processes; and passion to design and create solutions to meet business needs
Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities
- Responsible for working with customers to analyze and gather business requirements for Oracle Service Contracts, Install Base, Order Management & Accounts Receivables
- Responsible for planning, designing, monitoring and troubleshooting Oracle Application solutions.
- Identify efficiencies and recommend improvements to provide optimum application solutions.
- Responsible for enhancement delivery, working with Oracle Developers through application lifecycle process.
- Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design, test scripts, user manuals per AIM methodology
- Conduct training programs and knowledge transfer sessions to business users when needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years Techno-Functional experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications, primarily in Oracle Service Contracts, Install Base, Order Management & Oracle Receivables
- Understanding of business processes in areas of Quote to Cash, Maintenance Renewals & Billings and Request to Resolution.
- Ability to read PL/SQL code and help developers with troubleshooting and design
- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in system requirement gathering and documenting business needs, leading solution designs, prototype demonstration, testing and client user training.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively and in a global environment.
- Effective written and verbal communications a must, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
Preferred Requirements:
- Working experience in one of the following reporting tools: OBIEE, Power BI, Tableau, Orbit Analytics
