Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. n Strong Portfolio of previous design projects n Passionate about design, technical systems and UI engineering. n A resourceful and flexible team player with exceptional collaboration and communication skills. n Resilient and determined with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly productive environment. n A technical thinker with a basic understanding of web standards, capabilities and best practices (HTML/CSS) n Detail-oriented with a love for crafting pixel-perfect UI s n Aware and willing to roll up your sleeves with a desire to learn new things and jump into the unknown. n A tools guru with experience in Sketch, Adobe XD, and code editors. n Naturally curious and motivated to dig into the details in order to understand and improve upon a technical, complex, and constantly evolving problem space. n User-focused with a strong knowledge of UX design and research principles with the ability to apply iterative discovery, design thinking and co-creation methodologies n Independent and autonomous with the ability to work remotely.
