Job Description  
(A) Work with the Architect, Project Manager, Business team, Technology team, Clients and Partners to capture the active, as well as on-going maintenance/support related requirements and make changes to the application accordingly.  
(B) Lead development team, assuring timely delivery, helping development team with day to day tasks, challenges. 
(C) Design and Develop AEM templates, components, experiences. 
(D) Author content as well as experiences in AEM. 
(E) Maintain and support Adobe Experience Manager Application. 
(F) Accommodate day to day change requests and quickly make changes to the application. 
(G) Estimate efforts for various support tasks, and prioritize the same with the business team. 
(H) Make changes to AEM site content, assets, and workflow. 
(I) Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX, OSGI, and JCR). 
(J) Diagnose and solve technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization. 
(K) Work in an agile, rapid development and prototyping environment. 
(L) Translate business requirements into AEM specific implementation specifications.  
(M) Design and improve internal development methodologies 
(N) Manage and prioritize workload between project and maintenance tasks 
(O) Technical lead for application environment layer (P) Other services as requested 
 
Job Qualifications:
(A) Minimum of 8 years Adobe AEM development experience 
(B) Working experience with the Personalization feature in AEM 
(C) Working experience in developing templates and components in AEM 
(D) Proficiency in authoring and deployment activities in AEM 
(E) Comfortable with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML 
(F) Minimum of 8 years of experience working with Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and attendant technologies
