Medical sales representatives of Biopharmaceutical and PharmaDerm units’ inputs Calls, Samples, Time of Territory and other work information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which will be pulled into data warehouse for reporting needs – specifically for tracking and decision making. SQL Server Integration services used as Extract Transformation& Loading (ETL) tool. QlikView used to create dashboards for users. This project generated 1+ million in revenue.
