Technical/Functional Skills:
- 6+ years of experience as BI Developer with Strong SAP Business Object Reporting experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, & interpersonal skills and should be able to handle stakeholders and drive the dash boarding initiative.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL.
- Proven experience in technical leadership with good technical delivery skill.
- Producing support documentation and keep existing documentation up to date.
- Proven experience in coordination with Business executives to identify requirements, KPIs and produce reports, visualizations.
- Proven experience in planning, design, estimation, coordination with offshore, reviews, build and implementation of dashboard.
- Proven experience in data analysis.
- Proven experience in working with data from any domain preferably with Annuities and Investment accounting data.
- Experience in visualization development.
- Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, or Power BI is preferred).
- Solid RDMS experience and data modeling and advanced querying skills.
- Experience working with a data warehouse and/or analytics team.
- Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening, and interviewing.
- Awareness of agile/iterative approaches.
- Strong understanding of SDLC process is needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear requirements, specifications, and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and creation of Reports using SAP Business Object.
- Identifying patterns and meaningful insights from data by analyzing it.
- Extract data from databases and data warehouses for reporting and to facilitate sharing between multiple data systems.
- Using SQL for managing large volume of data.
- Communicating with customers to analyze historical data and identify KPIs.
- Responsible for managing the technical delivery from Offshore and make sure the team delivers reports as per the requirements.
- Producing support documentation and keep existing documentation up-to-date.
- Carrying out investigation of root cause analysis.
- Suggest best practices from BO development perspective.
- Bring best practices for BO report development.
- Work and partner with business & IT teams to develop reports or address data needs to provide reporting solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using BI tools.
- Align/standardize team members on best practices around SAP BO driven implementations.
- Perform and document data analysis, data validation, data mapping/design, by accessing multiple sources, specifically data residing in data warehouses.
- Complete projects as assigned by manager or service management, and may assists with other functional areas as needed.
