Top Requirements:

�      Design, develop, test, tune, and implement SSRSReports, SQL queries, stored procedures; this includes but not limited to SSISpackages, stored procedures, views, and functions

�      2-4 years’experience with building, maintaining, and troubleshooting SSRS reports

�      Healthcarepreferred, not required – any level experience as long as proficient andself-sufficient given Co-vid environment

�      1-3 years of dataquerying, transformation using SQL – need to be comfortable with multi-tablejoins, calculations

 Responsibilities:

�      Design, develop, test, tune, and implement SSRSReports, SQL queries, stored procedures; this includes but not limited to SSISpackages, stored procedures, views, and functions

�      Research andfacilitate resolutions of support or production related ETL databasedevelopment issues and SSRS report issues

�      Create and maintaindocumentation as it relates to ETL, database and report development standards,templates, and processes

�      Responsible for therequirements gathering, analysis, design, documentation, development, unittesting, and support of database ETL and report development for softwareapplications

�      Analyze SSISpackages for break/fix remediation

�      Gather, evaluate andprovide proper data to support reporting summaries for account managers

�      Interrogate datathrough basic SQL code writing

�      Assess, evaluate andresearch findings through critical thinking analysis to ensure congruency inthe data and findings

�      Prioritize dailyactivities accordingly based on general business rules

�      Proactively addressdepartmental tickets or other needs and requests

 Competencies/Skills (Minimum):

�      2-3  years of visualization experienceusing SSRS and can query databases proficiently.

�      Strong analyticalskills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminatesignificant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

�      Technical/analyticalskills including proficiency in Tableau, SQL Server, PowerBI & MicrosoftOffice suite

�      Ability to analyze,organize, and integrate large amounts of complex data into clear and concisepresentations and status reports

�      Performs scriptedstored procedures.

�      Communicate verballyand proactively to departmental peers, superiors and other parts of theorganization

�      Critical thinkingand conceptual problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail

�      Strong experiencewith understanding users’ needs in reporting and insights
