Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science and/or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in development projects
- Strong project development experience, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Independent thinker with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience driving solutions to complex problems where the analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors.
- Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and optimize the team’s resources to attain business goals and objectives.
- Experience in Utility application support
- Experience in working Right shore service delivery model application support
- Experience with change control methodology.
- Experienced in Migrations and data conversions
- Peer testing/Code review
- Profound ability to quickly understand complex Java source code and systems
- Has good interpersonal and teamwork abilities, and able to adapt in a diverse working environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills both oral and written
