BI Developer SQL (Tableau or PowerBI is preferred Tableau PowerBI

Job Description

• 6+ years of experience as BI Developer with Strong SAP Business Object Reporting experience

• Excellent communication, collaboration, & interpersonal skills and should be able to handle stakeholders and drive the dashboarding initiative

• Strong hands-on experience in SQL

• Proven experience in technical leadership with good technical delivery skill

• Producing support documentation and keep existing documentation up to date

• Proven experience in coordination with Business executives to identify requirements, KPIs and produce reports, visualizations

• Proven experience in planning, design, estimation, coordination with offshore, reviews, build and implementation of dashboard

• Proven experience in data analysis

• Proven experience in working with data from any domain preferably with Annuities and Investment accounting data

• Experience in visualization development

• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, or PowerBI is preferred).

• Solid RDMS experience and data modeling and advanced querying skills.

• Experience working with a data warehouse and/or analytics team.

• Strong ability to extract information by questioning, active listening, and interviewing

• Awareness of agile/iterative approaches.

• Strong understanding of SDLC process is needed

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create clear requirements, specifications, and documentation

• Strong ability to communicate embed information, business process and system wide changes to a technical and non-technical audience

• Ability to work on own initiative within agreed boundaries
