Role: Project Manager IT
Solid foundational knowledge of:
- IT Application development methodologies, design patterns, and system integration concepts including experience with:
- DB structures and queries
- APIs / UI relationships
- IT infrastructure and architectural concepts
- Financial/Banking experience
Ability to:
- Manage competing application and product development initiatives
- Manage internal and external system integrations
- Manage vendor relationships
- Solicit and transform business and operational requirements into platform-level requirements
- Assess resource and SME needs required for a wide-range of software development initiatives
- Represent IT with existing and prospective clients
- Communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms to both technical and business audiences
- Assist in troubleshooting application and API issues
- Manage conflict in high-stress environments
- Maintain, expand, and seek out areas for organizational improvement
- Work independently and manage a rapidly changing resource landscape
