Project Manager II:  (Leasing and Zoning Experience)
Duration: 9.5 months
Rate Max: $45/hr on Corp to Corp
Initial assignment will be remote, but this will change as TMO returns to office. Office address is 4126 Southwest Freeway, Suite 1400, Houston, TX 77027

Project manager supporting Dev/Ops real estate activities, including National Hardening Program, soft cost service Suppliers.

At least 3 years relevant INDUSTRY experience required. - Manage all aspects of small to intermediate projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change. - Work closely with stakeholders and to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology.- Develop detailed project schedule, resource plan, and status reports, managing task assignment to project resources and reporting on and managing project scope throughout the lifecycle - Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end user, services organizations, vendors and implementations partners. - Review project deliverables for accuracy, and apprise management of risks, issues, and recommended mitigations. - Ensure satisfactory transfer of custody and control of product upon handoff, then close all project documentation and archive appropriate records

Prerequisites: 
Management of leasing, zoning, & permitting activities from analysis through submittals, approvals & NTP
Understanding of Construction Drawings (to an extent)
Database Management and Maintenance
Excel, Adobe, Docusign, experience and proficiency
Ability to interface with regional lease teams (NLG/CLIQ)
Primary interface between soft cost service Suppliers and TMO
Responsible for high volume, aggressive build plan including site acquisition & reporting efforts
