Job Description:-
SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Need an experienced Senior PowerBuilder Developer to augment HPD staff to design, develop and deliver applications using Client-Server technology
- Create functions in HPDInfo to support the inspection and code enforcement modules
- Modify programs based upon the analysis done.
- Document programming changes and maintain a log for each item modified.
- Write stored procedures and triggers as needed in Oracle/SQL.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify and understand requirements.
- Unit Test Applications
- Work Closely with Business Users and Quality Assurance team to conduct UAT and fix any defects.
- Building Exemption workflow: For HQS identified building
- Enhance PA for unit access
- Tenant Failures and Pre-Termination/Termination Report
- Long Term Abatement -Inspection process
- Building Exemption Workflow: For ENS -Code identified building
- Enhance EZ-View: Show Defect Letter
- HQS Appointment Scheduling (ENS)
- Features to mail all HQS Tenant notification to 3rd party contacts
- Enhancements for Tenant Responsibility and Tenant Fail re-inspection logic
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in PowerBuilder programming.
- Minimum of 8 years working with the Oracle database environment.
- Demonstrate understanding of software development life-cycle like Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience writing functional and technical specifications, user and technical documentation
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1 year experience in .Net C# programming
- Strong collaboration, relationship management, Verbal and written communication skills.
- Good judgment, logical thinker and detail oriented.
