Trisha is deeply involved in all things Governance

Person would be helping decide what gets funding, what's gets presented etc.

Has to sometimes deal with passionate people who want their projects and idea's approved

OM/Scrum master role.

 

Needs to have strong soft skills, can maintain good conversation, keep things in a meeting moving along

 

Probably running 3-4 different projects at a time

 

How important are certification? Based on the amount of experience they are looking for the person should probably have a cert but it's not a deal breaker.

 

Cloud certification or cloud experience would be a benefit

 

They don’t necessarily need governance experience but need to understand some of the principles.  Risk, procedure etc.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Job Description:

Strong PM and communication skills. Ability to manage projects and meetings with a large number of stakeholders that include senior/office level participants, and feel comfortable keeping control of the meeting agenda and ensuring action items are being followed up to completion. Keeping track of a large number of open items and ensuring they are being addressed appropriately and in a timely manner is key, particularly if the individual can do that with minimal oversight. Ability to escalate items appropriate and professionally is also instrumental. The ability to translate complex technical issues/items into high-level summary/status for senior leadership is also critical. 8+ years of experience.

 

Additional skills:

•            Utilize project coordination expertise and tools such as Jira and Confluence to support upstream and downstream teams throughout SDLC.

•            Work within the core delivery team empowered/tasked with design, development, modification, and implementation of computer applications, and building high performing delivery teams. Serve as Scrum Master for 1-2 scrum teams

•            Facilitate the creation of a self-organized, self-managed team that can identify and deliver the work that can be completed in a time-boxed iteration.

•            Engage stakeholders, contributors and technical resources to analyze user needs and resource limitations.

•            Facilitate the discussions of complex, high value IT delivery projects that require the coordination of development work or technology work on multiple platforms to achieve desired functionality.

•            Communicate committed stories for the upcoming sprint to backlog owners and stakeholders

•            Facilitate scrum ceremonies for the team (Daily Scrum, S1, Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review/Demo).

•            Agile Estimating and Planning

•            Facilitate impediment resolution in a timely, cost effective manner. Act as a conduit to other teams and LOBs with which the team is interacting.

•            Track and produce key metrics
