One note from my call with CLIENT: he is still seeing that people are not up to par with MDX
When people say they have MDX we need to ask are you natively programming with it. Suburban does not use Power BI the candidate needs to be able to do it from scratch
Candidate needs strong SSRS skills
Understanding of the attributes of the SSRS environment
Understanding of how to efficiently and logically troubleshoot issues
Understanding of different SSRS reporting options 
Candidate needs strong SSIS skills
Understanding of Visual Studio and its SSIS attributes
Candidate needs solid MDX skills programming skills (not via Power BI tool)
Other SSAS desirable but not mandatory
Candidate needs strong SSMS skills
Temp tables, indexes, etc.
TFS is desirable
Candidate should possess a 4 year college degree PREFERABLY in IT.
Candidate needs to be a US citizen or possess appropriate status to work legally in the US through 12/31/2021.
Contract is for 6 months extendable to the entire length of the project candidate is working (estimating 10/2021).
Experience level 8-10 years minimum, but will consider individuals you tell me are technically beyond their years of experience for some reason.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

Ability to communicate effectively (clear/ concise/ able to be understood) with both business and technical staff and convey complex ideas both verbally and in written form
Performs analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation phases for new development projects, application software changes, and version upgrades
Provides production system support services including investigation of processing errors and system problems
Ensure adherence to department standards, methods and policies
Maintains programming skills and current knowledge of application development technology as related to specific technical project assignments

FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
Indicate discipline or industry specific technical knowledge required for the position
An understanding of Systems Integration concepts and experience utilizing them
Motivated self-starter with creative thinking and problem-solving skills
An advanced understanding of computer concepts 
Proficiency in relationship database concepts and query applications coding 
High Proficiency with MS SQL (SSRS, SSIS, SSMS)
SSAS is desirable, but not required
Clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work equally independently and/or as part of a team, managing multiple tasks, following direction for often changing priorities in a fast paced environment
