Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, code, optimize, troubleshoot and modify Microsoft SQL databases and database applications
- Model databases and develop tables, stored procedures, views, triggers, and other database objects
- Tune databases for optimum performance
- Work closely with other developers to integrate databases with other applications and reports
- Review and interpret ongoing business requirements
- Responsible for all aspects of database design, development and deployment
- Produce ER data models
- Develop database documentation
- Limited amount of database administration
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or related degree
- Experience as a SQL Server Database Developer for 6-9 years.
- Highly proficient in SQL Server and T-SQL coding
- High degree of proficiency in SSIS & SSRS
- Highly proficient in performance tuning
- Works under minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment
- Self-starter, motivated, exceptional analytical and communication skills

- Good time-management skills
Nice to have:
- Supply Chain & Warehouse Mgmt software experience
- Airline industry experience
- Mid-Level proficiency in SSAS
- Entry level knowledge of .Net coding and development
- Entry level experience with AWS cloud database technologies
