Strong experience with writing complex SQL to gather data for reporting needs
Able to meet and work with C-Suite, lead management discussions around management BI/reporting/dashboard needs
Experience with Relational data and Data warehouse data structures
Work with disparate data, multiple data sources
Experienced with Report visualization
Some experience with SSRS desired for smaller tasks and existing reports that are in SSRS
SSIS desired or other ETL skills desired
Strong BA data skills, able to work with management and end users to understand thier business needs and create accurate solutions.
Ability to understand the data and ability to verify the source data correlates directly to the data on the reports and dashboards and the desired output
Experience with EMR's desired (Electronic Medical Records)
Working with Patient data, Operational Data, Billing, Charges and more.
