MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
·         Bachelor’s degree
·         Advanced SQL skills
·         Advanced competency in Excel and PowerPoint
·         Demonstrated analytical, quantitative and logical thinking skills
·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
·         Strong understanding and respect of HIPAA guidelines
·         Experience solving complex problems independently or as a team
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
·         Master’s degree
·         Analytic experience using SPSS Modeler or Stats, SAS, R Studio, or Python
·         Ability to accurately apply statistical methods
·         3-5 years’ experience in business intelligence
·         Advanced understanding of data visualization
·         Previous experience in healthcare
·         Applied experience with Tableau 10.x or higher, Cognos 10.x or higher
·         Functional understanding of transaction and relational databases
