Senior Python Developer
Columbus, Ohio.

Open to remote candidates. Must work EST

Duration: This is a long-term contract opportunity

Job Description:

Looking for a resource with 5-7+ years of Python experience that will be responsible for a remediation project from SAS to Python. Will work alongside other development teams and business stakeholders during the duration of the project.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or other relevant experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, minimum of 4+ years as a developer

Strong experience with Python/R, specifically modeling/algorithms and Object Oriented best practices, and able to create data structures

Experience developing/building within a Data Warehouse environment

Strong experience with Big query.

GCP Cloud experience highly desired or AWS/Azure

Experience with SAS and ability to convert SAP based modeling code.

Understand customer data and how to build modeling around various types of data

Experience within larger integration projects at a large scale/enterprise level is highly preferred
