• Preferred: 5-6 years of experience for mid-level II, and about 7-8yrs experience for level III
• Scala (preferred) or Python (5+ or 7+ yrs) + SQL experience/Back-end experience (5+ or 7+) + Spark is a MUST (5+ or 7+) + AWS Cloud experience only (1yr+)
• Snowflake is nice to have.
• Scala is more important than Python for us but if he/she open to learning it then I don’t think it’s a deal breaker.
• Must haves are Spark, SQL experience probably
