• Evaluating Potential Supplier’s Solutions

What does a typical work day look like? (How much time will be spent in meetings? Etc.)

• Getting familiar with Suppliers Reviewing

• Meeting with IT team for evaluation Criteria

• Hosting Supplier meetings to learn more about their Solutions

• Write Up findings and share with stakeholders
