Job Title: Project Manager

Location:  Rosemead, CA

Technical/Functional Skills

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• 5+ years of direct experience and knowledge in development and customization of BMC Remedy Action Request System (7.x, 8.x, and 9.x) and ITSM suite.

• Experience with the design, implementation, and Remedy ITSM deployments and enhancements

• Designed & developed BMC Remedy SRM catalogue

• Design & developed multi tenancy in Remedy

• Experience creating/modifying workflows and application configuration for helpdesk trouble ticketing, incident, problem, change, and asset management.

• Experience with the promotion of code and functions across environments (development, test, production)

• Strong technical knowledge on the AR System Architecture, prefer BMC Remedy ITSM certifications

• Ability to provide training and guidance to other staff in the administration of the production Remedy environment.

• Ability to work individually and in teams in the development, implementation and support of Remedy ITSM software.

• Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.

• ITIL Process understanding preferably ITIL foundation certified

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design SRM catalogue as per requirement

• Review and validate design with the requester

• Develop the SRM catalogue as per design

• Perform system testing & UAT testing and fix the defects

• Develop UAT test scripts for each requirement

• Promote code & functions across environments (development, test, production)

• Develop job aid / training material

• Implement multi tenancy in Remedy
