Mandatory - Supply Chain, Digital & Analytics, SAP SCM, Data Governance, Data Quality, RAID (Risk assessment issues and dependencies)
1. 10+ years’ End to End experience in Supply Chain or equivalent required, including functional knowledge in areas including PLAN, SOURCE, MAKE, DELIVER, and FINANCE.
2. Strong experience in Data construction, Data conversion, Data quality and Data governance.
3. Excellent work experience on concepts like RAID (Risk assessment issues and dependencies).
4. Excellent work experience on Inventory optimization, Data normalization and Standardization.
5. 5+ years’ experience in AGILE methodology as Product Owner.
6. Strong project management experience including defining scope deliverables and timelines and communicating to senior stakeholders in a time bound and structured manner.
7. Strong, in-depth functional expertise in SAP ERP required.
8. Advance MS Excel and Project management skills including tools like MS Projects / JIRA etc.
9. Strong functional people management is required in which the person needs to assign & manage work done by others.
10. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Certification in PMP / PMI.
- Strong SCM Domain Business Analyst with good exposure in Control Tower functionality.
- 10 yrs. of Industry experience working as a BA in end to end supply planning.
- Good understanding of SCM Control tower concepts with integrating functions like Inventory& Demand forecasting, Vendors, Contracts, Logistics and Warehouse/Transportation management.
- Assisting business case build, Translating and simplifying requirements, Requirements mgt. and communication, Requirements analysis
- Knowledge and experience of Life science Industry regulation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Excellent documentation skills, experience of using MS office tools (VISIO, Access, PowerPoint and others )
- Travel as necessary
- Suggest design solutions
- To participate and facilitate the walkthrough’ to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements.
- To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage.
- To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements.
- To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications.
