Job Description

Job Roles & Responsibility

·        Manage the planning, execution, and transition to operations / BAU of the Transient Information Policies and RRS in the Content Management System (CMS / DMS)

·        Deliver on time and within budget and to meet the desired business objectives

·        Establish plan and initiate the project mobilization by confirming the exact project scope, estimating resources, and defining clear roles and responsibilities

·         Establish and monitor performance metrics and develop and drive ongoing continuous improvements

·         Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources

·         Monitor and control execution of project

·         Managing risk, issue, and change requests

·         Ensure effective use of Steering and Governance Boards, including required escalations

·         Ensure appropriate use of project management methodologies and tools by tailoring for the specific project needs

·         Ensure project adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within project management service scope

 

Candidate Experience:

·         Possess and utilize superior leadership, interpersonal, communication, collaboration, influencing, negotiation, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills

·         Possess and utilize superior project and program management skills including strong knowledge of and ability to apply various methodologies

·         Strong change leadership and performance management skills

·         Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams

·         Experience working in a global, multi-cultural and matrix environment

·         Experience working with pharmaceutical / life-sciences-related industries and/or highly-regulated industrie
