JD :

·         Object Oriented Programming Languages: Java, C#, C++ - Exp 3-5 years

·         Programming with Google DialogFlow – Exp 1-3 years

·         Programming with Genesys Intelligence Automation – Exp 1-3 years

·         Conversational User Designer (voiceBot, ChatBot) – Exp 3-5 years.

·         Conversation Client/AI IVR, chatbot, visual-IVR design – Exp 3-5 years.

·         Data Analysis using machine learning – Exp 1-3 years.

Preferred:

·         General Project Management experience

·         General UI/UX experience
