• 20+ years of proven experience in enterprise strategy, enterprise data architecture and IT project/program delivery
• Excellent Communication skills along with expertise to understand business problem and provide future technology solutions to customer that align with the businesses strategic initiatives
• Executive level communication, presentation and leadership skills with ability to describe complex problems to non-technical audience.
• Hands on in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel to create and assist team on creating presentations and solutions
• Ability to work with multiple teams and fit solutions to disbursed diverse technical and organizational constraints.
• Strong strategic thinking, planning skills, and understands “Big Picture.”
• Assist Sales team to convert Technical requirements in solutions and lead technical discussion with customer
• Understand project life cycle, from the initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through documentation, implementation, user training and enhancement.

• Knowledge of Database technologies such as Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, Cache, NoSQL, Sybase platforms and Big Data solutions
• Knowledge of compute, network, storage and virtualization theory, design, integration and architecture
• Good knowledge in ITSM tool ServiceNow is must
• Understanding of High Availability, BCP and Disaster solutions is required
• Help in cost benefit analysis and creating compelling business case for migration to cloud
