High valueexperience:

• Windows OS : monitoring, investigating problems, opening and managing tickets with vendors as needed, building and configuring new Windows systems - virtual and physical, provide simple active directory support ( Checking user / share Permissions for troubleshooting, adding computers to the domain)
• Vcenter and VM management - monitoring overall system wide operation, investigating problems, managing vm resources, building clones,
• Working as a team manage the incident queue and respond to support request (app support, network, DB, storage, occasional user assistance…)
• Manage Print Servers across the globe.
• Complete NetBackup restore requests.

UsefulExperience:

• WSUS for patching Windows Servers experience
• IVANTI Patch for Windows Servers experience
• McAfee Antivirus administration experience
• Patch ESX Hosts, building / replacing esx hosts
