Required Skills
 

•             At least 5 years Scrum minimum

•             At least 3 separate team engagements

•             Scrum Certification from Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org or other credible entity

•             Other Agile related certifications such as Facilitation, DevOPs, SAFe or other Scaling

•             10-15 years relevant experience

•             IT Software development

•             Software Architect, Designer or Developer

•             QA/Testing background

•             Team Lead, PM or other supervisory role

•             Data Base Architect, Designer or Developer

•             IT Project Manager

•             IT Business Analyst

•             Strong collaborator with ability to assertive when necessary

•             Takes time to understand before proposing solutions

•             Strong facilitator help them find the answer

•             Able to communicate effectively with technical & management roles
