- 5+ years of software engineering experience developing scalable, reliable software solutions to support critical-path business processes
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure or similar cloud computing platforms (serverless architecture, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Storage, and Key Vault, etc.)
- Maximize performance and availability of applications and services using Azure Monitor (Application Insights, Log Analytics, Smart Alerts, Automated Actions, Dashboards, Workbooks)
- Azure DevOps customization and process automation to optimize work management including integration using the Azure DevOps API
- Process automation using PowerShell, CloudShell
- Commitment to participate in and drive quality through our team strategy for SDLC (system documentation, Agile process, code hygiene and management using Git, etc.)
- Team player committed to the success of our customers and stakeholders
- Ability to meet customer and/or government security screening requirements (requires US Citizenship)
Preferred Requirements (two or more of the following)
- Dynamics 365
- Power Platform (Common Data Service, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Microsoft Teams integration
- Analytics (Power BI, Power Query, DAX, Kusto, Azure Synapse, R, SQL)

- Creating end-to-end solutions to optimize the efficiency and impact of our hardware engineering team, partners, and leadership.
- Design and development of operational tools and systems, building and optimizing business workflow processes and automation of the ecosystem
- Driving quality and common experience across our tools and services.
- Plan, design, build, test, and deploy solutions across the Mixed Reality Hardware community.
- Participate in the efforts to monitor our solutions to ensure reliability and maximize availability.
- Developing and maintaining technical documentation.
