We are trying to hire bona fide developers because this project for nCino is more development proper than it is Salesforce proper (even though they happen to be programming in Apex vs, say Java).

Banking/Financial information importing into a Middleware System (nCino is building their own middleware that lives inside of Salesforce, so they are coding from the ground up their own framework. 

This framework that is still in beta phase can (and does) change, so developers working on the mapping need to be good at adapting to change and creative enough to solve complex problems on their own. 

1 week sprints (updating the middleware system)

Taking code and parsing it out based on functionality to communicate with existing system.

The next week you are basically starting from scratch and doing the same thing but configuring that same code to work and communicate in a different way.   

Must have:

• Xpath- have you done any work transforming XML using Xpath? If yes please describe the project.   
• Integrations- Any experience integrating systems w/ Salesforce.
• Experience translating code (example Node to Python, C# to Java, etc.)
• OOP BG
• Creativity around how to handle complex data models and in developing elegant solutions to solve complex problems. 
• Strong Development skills, background in any programing language (Java, Python, Node, C#, etc.).

Nice to have:

• Experience architecting development solutions is a plus. 
• We are looking for someone with great problems solving skills who is able to adapt to new development paradigms with ease
