This position requires onsite presence from the Day one.

 

Job Description:

A technical PM to understand the customer requirements from end to end by managing stakeholder communications, Onsite offshore communication, expereince in Microsoft .Net Technologies, Connect with customer end user group, status reporting and helping in implementation and execution of the project.

PM should also proactively look at the project risks, dependencies, risks and issues throughout the Project life cycle and create action plan and take corrective measures.

 

Roles:

  • Project Manager with 10+years of experience
  • Good Knowledge and experience in handling of project (Agile & waterfall).
  • Good knowledge and experience in Project management, Agile and incident management tools.
  • Should have executed projects of different technologies in different size and scale.
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail with inclination to problem solving.
  • Good in connecting with the senior leadership and stakeholders at customer side
  • Should have good skill in reporting to Senior and executive management
  • Spend time with the customer and team and understand and  their IT and business applications and third-party products and technologies
  • Setting up governance policies for the projects
  • Should have experience in creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Client’s IT ticket management system
  • Experience in working in an environment of distributed team by coordinating the day to day activities for the deliverables
