TITLE: Network Data – L2
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors system and production processing performance
- Responds to system alerts and problems
- On-call support and rotation
- Opens, troubleshoots and routes problem tickets
- Identifies, analyzes and resolves issues including escalations when appropriate
- Documents problem resolution utilizing standard procedures/tools
- Supports system services and support, project support
- Align support with Tech Support and Engineering
- Communicates problem resolution and their impact to customers
- Assists in the deployment of solutions and associated documentation
- Participates in deployment checkout procedures
- Manages own work load including administrative work for self
- Completes assigned work in a timely and high-quality manner
- Reports on progress of own deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Training: B.S. preferred
Related Experience:
- 4+ years’ experience in
- Deploying, configuring and support Cisco / Avaya switches / Technology
- Support various interface and communications technology
- Troubleshooting switch, routing and wifi issues in a various environment
- Troubleshooting telephony network systems
- physically adding hardware
- 4+ years’ general IT experience
