Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

 Note:(NO OPT & CPT)

Description:

Manage the POS application Support team at Onshore and Offshore.

Must have hands on experience in Promotions with POS.

Single point of contact for all stakeholders for Store application Support

Hands-on experience in managing medium to larger teams

with a commendable leadership attitude

Manage Prioritization and tracking of Incidents and Problem tickets

Manage the monitoring and alerting for all the store applications

Should have good exposure to POS systems and workflow

Ready for a 24*7 role, this position is very critical for Sephora and Litmus7  

Technical Project Manager with excellent communication skills.

Should have experience in POS

Participates in system walk-through of technical and operation features, functions, and attributes of new or existing software.

Present demos, status updates risk/mitigation strategies, and communicate down the pyramid through a higher level.
