Experienced Scrum Master for software development team who will diligently apply Agile values and principles and practices. Good experience and knowledge about servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Proficient in conducting all the Scrum ceremonies within a collocated as well as distributed teams. Proficient in conducting Scrum of Scrums for extended scrum teams and capable to explain each of the process and practices benefit to the team / stake holders. Experienced in facilitating release planning. Excellent communication and mentoring skills. Well versed in agile project implementations involving Duck Creek with P&C Insurance domain.
