8 years of experience, working on SAP HR implementations / SAP SuccessFactors• Minimum of 5 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, from planning to configuration through go-live.• Implementation experience using an Agile implementation methodology• 5+ years of hand-on experience with SuccessFactors - LMS, PM/GM modules- of relevant consulting or industry experience and experience configuring, implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors modules.• Should be able to take lead roles in design, innovations & process improvements in the respective stream/ module Should have excellent communication skills• Experience designing and implementing test cases, running, and reporting on quality.• Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data• Bachelor / Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline is required with minimum 10 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries
