JOB DETAIL

Role Description:               

• Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.

• Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customers current process and future state needs.

• Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the implementation/support process.

• Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks. Result-oriented individual.

• Maintaining a hands-on role to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate.

• Train end-users on specific processes and application.

 

Competencies   Digital : SAP Successfactors - Performance Management, Goal Management (SF-PM GM), Digital : SAP Successfactors - Performance Management, Goal Management (SF-PM GM), Digital : SAP Successfactors - Learning Management Systems (SF-LMS), Digital : Dell Boomi    

 

Experience (Years) :   8-10

 

Essential Skills:    

8 years of experience, working on SAP HR implementations / SAP SuccessFactors

• Minimum of 5 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors LMS, from planning to configuration through go-live.

• Implementation experience using an Agile implementation methodology

• 5+ years of hand-on experience with SuccessFactors - LMS, PM/GM modules- of relevant consulting or industry experience and experience configuring, implementing and supporting the SAP SuccessFactors modules.

• Should be able to take lead roles in design, innovations & process improvements in the respective stream/ module Should have excellent communication skills

• Experience designing and implementing test cases, running, and reporting on quality.

• Ability to understand functional/technical specifications and analyze data

• Bachelor / Masters degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline is required with minimum 10 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries           

 

Desirable Skills:  

• Understanding on SAP Best Practices and have knowledge in multiple modules, their integrations & technology

• Understanding of the Dell Boomi & CPI integration strategy & design

• Work effectively in multiple time zones with global teams
