Role: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant (Need 9+ years of experience)
Location: Santa Monica, CA
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials modules including: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets , Revenue Recognition, Service Contracts
- Functional implementation experience with complex, full lifecycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations (Oracle R12) and data integration experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- EBS Core Financial modules experience a plus
- Experience with the business processes in Finance and experience with Oracle Accounts Payable, and Oracle General Ledger and Expenses
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
- Keen attention to detail.
