1. The candidate should have experience managing projects with large number of software components being onboarded onto Cloud.
2. The focus is core Nokia SW products that are being onboarded and integrated into the Cloud.
3. The specific Cloud platform  is VMware so that is preferred but if the person has experience with other Cloud vendors, that can be an option
4. The candidate should have the right temperament to work with demanding customers
