which is responsible for the development and maintenance of software focused on the business and data access layers of an ongoing modernization project for a state child support enforcement system. The technology stack involved includes Linux, NGINX, PostgreSQL, and Python. These layers reside between the legacy system’s data (service layer API) and the front-end user interface (Salesforce platform). This position will work in an agile (Scrum) environment in a cross-functional team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS - Demonstrated Experience Solid professional software development experience with (5+ years):
• Python/ Django, Node JS, & Flask
• PostgreSQL (DML, DDL, PL/pgSQL)
• Linux environments (Ubuntu/other)
• Data modeling, business logic, and RESTful APIs
• NGINX and SSL

BONUS EXPERIENCE - Additional skills useful for development in the technology stack are listed below and experience in any of them would be of benefit:
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with deployment automation in Amazon Web Services.
• Experience with high volume data flow.
• Experience with Airflow and creating idempotent DAGs (Directed Acyclic Graphs)
• Experience with GitLab
• Solid experience with Amazon Web Services & CI/CD tools (EC2, S3, SQS, RDS).
